Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at our email with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the damaged product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
